Dr. Kadlec to Serve on National AHA Commissions

Kelly Kadlec, M.D.

Kelly Kadlec, M.D., M.Ed., Pediatric Critical Care, has been selected to serve on two national commissions for the American Heart Association (AHA). Each commission tenure is for two to five years. Dr. Kadlec will serve on the Educational Science and Programs Commission, the primary role of which is to provide expertise for design, development and implementation of Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) training programs and materials. The second commission is the Pediatric Emphasis Group Commission, which provides a forum for discussion and networking among pediatric resuscitation experts to support pediatric-specific AHA CPR Guidelines, propose and manage AHA statements related to pediatric emergency cardiovascular care and to provide pediatric experts to address educational programs and materials.
